We are really sorry to have to share the news that Phil Buckley has passed away. We were shocked to hear of his death and wish to pass on our condolences on behalf of everyone from the Fibromyalgia Paisley and Inverclyde Network to his partner Christine.
The Paisley and Inverclyde Group would not have been restarted without Phil’s intervention and determination to seek support as well as provide it for others who suffer from fibromyalgia.
His willingness to contribute his time, his enthusiasm to take on any task and the nature with which he participated will be missed by all.
He was a thoughtful and generous friend and we are very grateful for the many contributions that he made to the group and fibromyalgia awareness in general.
We are saddened to lose such a loyal and committed group member and friend. Please accept my condolences.
Regards
Des Quinn on behalf of Fibro PaIN
